We stayed four nights in this villa. Renting a villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for only two people appears a little luxurious. But compared to other villas the price was so low we wanted to give it a try. We expected to find a fly in the ointment. But we could not find anything that was not absolutely perfect for us. We had enough space, cozy furniture, a well equipped kitchen. The pool area was comfortable and it was great to go directly from the pool to the second bathroom without dripping water somewhere else in the villa. We loved to spend time watching the water near the villa. Although the highway is near the house, we found it very quite and slept without using the AC with doors open at night. Richard, our host, answered all questions always directly and was very helpful. Upon request he even organized us kayaks to a more than fair price. A lot of places to visit, like Sanibel Island, Lovers Key State Park, Naples and so on were only about an hour drive away.

It’s a little confusing at first but follow owners...

It’s a little confusing at first but follow owners instructions and use Pine Island Taxi (drivers are super sweet retirees) and Island Girl Charter ferry. We had trouble with our airline delaying us and both taxi and ferry were super sweet and accommodating to reschedule.
