New hotel. Clean and fresh! Big rooms and big and comfy beds! Loved it! Very effective aircondition. Breakfast was exellent a lot to choose in. Loved it! the coffee was good. The receptionist was not so smiling, but the other staff was. The fitness room was also very nice, small but smart equipped Good value for the money- and close to the airport :)

The hotel staff was unresponsive, and there was a lack of drinkable water available on the premises. Despite offering to pay extra for water, there was insufficient supply. I initially made my reservation through Booking.com, but unfortunately, it was not accepted. As a result, I had to make a walk-in reservation late in the evening.

I booked because I like that there is private parking for...

I booked because I like that there is private parking for guest and it’s affordable. However, I was disappointed because I booked 2weeks before our trip and it is confirmed but when I checked-in after midnight, they said there is no reservation for us. I even show her the booking number but insist that there’s nothing like that and they cannot accommodate us because they are fully booked. They should call me first if I need the room or I cannot arrive on time but nobody called me. Me and my kids came from a long exhausting trip and want to just sleep for few hours because we will go to our next destination. I’m so disappointed and upset. I will never book again a property that ask pay at the property. Because if you missed the check-in time, they will cancel it without calling.

Affordable, clean , accessible and the staff were wonderful Breakfast was delicious and we had a wonderful variety of choices. The pool was relaxing, clean and cool Not to far from downtown Chicago

If you plan on using the pool don't check in there. Absolutely filthy. Was told there was no updated filtration system in place. Since we had anticipated swimming I feel I should receive a partial refund as not as described.

We arrived at the hotel and our reservation changes had not been updated in the system. The staff worked with us quickly to get us booked into an available room for the night. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. They were able to accommodate all of our needs and requests.
