Due to the noreater storm beaches closed and we couldn’t camp we decided to get a room we were thrilled with our room the dinners we ate at Bennett seafood market 2 lobster rolls $38
That were amazing
We also had the best clam chowder baked clams and other food at Tauk
And we loved our nite at inlet resturant

I loved being at the lighthouse and being at the ocean.
I loved being at the lighthouse and being at the ocean. I had not been out that way since I was about 10. And that was a very, very long time ago. The town of montauk was fun to explore and walks on the beach were always pleasant. I also got to see some minke whales just through my binoculars!
Food was quite good. Quancho’s had amazing fish tacos. The Bambi cafe had a lovely light avocado toast with vegan feta which had wonderful flavor. The Left Hand made great coffee. Their flat white was one of the best.

Montauk is beautiful.
Montauk is beautiful. It feels like you’re away in the Caribbean but it’s just a few hour drive which makes it perfect if you’re close to NY and don’t want to fly. There are beaches, restaurants and shopping to fulfill everyone’s needs. It’s family friendly too.

Wonderful place for relaxing beach or pool side. Plenty of activities and places to explore, especially the parks. Great restaurants and amenities.
Being out at the point is the best place on Long Island, in my opinion.

Regrettably, the uber rich continue their conquest of the jewel that was Montauk. If you didn’t know the difference between Amagansett and Montauk before then you are fine. If you are trying to enjoy a more moderate crowd time is running out.

We were disappointed to find out on check in that the Hotel restaurant wasn’t open. Apparently it is only open from Thursday and I should have known this by reading the details on booking.com. I just expect that if I book a hotel then the restaurant is open every day. No breakfast or bar to have a drink either.
There was a courtesy car to take you to the nearest town.
The indoor pool area was nice, the gym was very basic. The surroundings are lovely and spectacular views.

Loved that we could reserve our beach chairs and umbrellas for the next day - made life so easy! Also loved that we were allowed to make fires on the beach at night with metal tubs. The location was amazing and the house keepers did a great job at keeping our unit sand-free.

The faculty around the hotel were BEYOND nice and accommodating. We were right on the beach and steps away from town. It was perfect for our trip.

Absolutely loved the hotel! The decor was beautiful, the staff was helpful and very friendly and I loved my room.
