The gentleman on reception when we arrived was lovely. We arrived quite late and he was still happy to offer us a lovely cup of tea and even went to the kitchen to get me some milk for it. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a great first impression.

The location was great, and we loved our suite. I was impressed that we were upgraded to such a lovely room because of an isue with the original room we'd booked - and all of this before we set foot on the property (in other words, we did not have to complain about an issue to get the upgrade.) There was ground coffee in the room, along with a Mr Coffee (and filters!) which I also really appreciated. We had one dinner at Elevations downstairs, and it was excellent, with friendly and cheerful staff.
