The staff were so so kind, I got off my 11 hour flight during which I had food poisoning and they kindly helped me find a banana which I could try to eat, at about 11PM at night! The location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry. The rooms were also so so comfortable.

We paid an extra (20$USD) to get our room 3 hours in advance so we could enjoy the really nice hot tub and pool. Starbucks in the hotel is great. Close to the airport. Airport shuttle is scheduled every 15 minutes and we tested it. Good job. Clean room. Very confortable bed.

I have recently reviewed the Dylan. It's our first choice for SFO accommodation. Why? . Good free parking . close to SFO but more economical than Grand Hyatt . All rooms are spacious (I think we've used every configuration over the years) . Clean! Quiet! . comfortable beds & linens . desk with chair . companion chair ! . 2 luggage racks . excellent coffee in room/ free mixed coffee in lobby . good lighting . good sized shower . bathroom sink has room for 2 grooming kits . a FACECLOTH . Glass tumblers in bathroom and guest room . cork screw ! . a variety of wine / spirits/snacks available for purchase at reception . no uneven floors to trip on during the night . record player for vinyl records provided in some rooms . balcony overlooking train museum in some rooms . everything is always waiting for your arrival, arranged perfectly for you . great breakfast restaurant a very short walkaway (Neal's) . a good variety of dinner restaurants a short walk the other direction . this is simply a feel good place

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO

I love the location of the Dylan, very close to SFO Across the street from Cal Train and Bart Station! You are very close to Burlingame, Broadway Ave. Burlingame Ave. Great food and shopping. Closer to hotel there's a plaza with shopping the Best Deli Sandwiches, their bakery is top notch Little Cafe good food 15% off for staying at the Dylan . Try it you'll like it!!

Perfect location for early morning flights!

Perfect location for early morning flights! I arrived in the evening, tired and hungry and was pleasantly surprised to learn I could take out from the restaurant up to my room - including wine! Perfect for weary travellers. Great shuttle service. Very pleased with my stay

Great rooms with kitchenettes and an amazing viewing...

Great rooms with kitchenettes and an amazing viewing platform on the 5th floor of the SFO runway. This property allows easy access to the airport and rental car return. Comfortable and affordable - highly recommended.

Only 20 dollars back to the Airport.

Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

Was lousy there was only free coffee. For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae...

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

The hotel has a shuttle service that runs everyday till late. It is very beautiful and clean, the bathroom was very big and they have a bar that also offers some food options and cool drinks, very convenient. It is very close to the airport, very cozy and modern. They even have a small fitness and pool for the guests. Staff was ok, the lady that served us at the bar was very friendly, the staff at the reception were there and did their job but that was it, no smiles, no friendly approach to the guests. We would stay there again when in SF.

The bed was very comfortable, and pressure in the shower was great after a long flight. It was decently priced for what you got, and located in a relatively safe area. I was able to walk to the Trader Joes and Safeway and didn't feel that I was unsafe as a solo female, although if I stayed here again I would ask to stay on the second level as it is a motel and the room opens out to the carpark. I also walked from the Millbrae train station which was a bit of a distance with luggage but saved a big Uber fee.

Loved this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport but also easy to get to San Francisco - we used the train (25 minutes walk to Millbrae station for a direct train to San Francisco). We were given an upgrade to a room with a kitchen which was great. Really comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet. Nice breakfast too.

The Dylan Hotel at SFO is really out of my expected. The room looks news and extreme clean. Reception lady is so nice and supportive. I would love to visit The Dylan hotel again next time when I travel to San Francisco

Perfect location if you want a trip to the airport without stress. Skytrain is 2 stops from car return or 2 stops from airport and you will directly exit in the bar of the hotel for some very expensive beers!
