Loved Diane the desk clerk. Very helpful with a great sense of humor. Safe location outside of the ST. Louis area which is what we were looking for as this was a halfway stop on our way to Kentucky. Hot breakfast options (2 kinds of eggs, waffles, sasauge,potatoes) Yummy. Many cold options available too. Rooms clean and comfortable. Low Water pressure not a show stopper but could be improved. Laundry facilities available as well as pool and fitness area. Did not use any of these. Located just off the interstate with just a Domino Pizza near the hotel. Two towns within 8 miles of hotel have dining options requiring travel.

I was in the area to visit family. This location is convenient. A different place had been my go-to for several years but they have been going downhill so I thought I'd try something else. I chose the BW in Mascoutah because of the ratings and the fact that I was offered a good deal through Booking.com. This hotel is very clean and modern. The pool was decent. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. They are remodeling but I’m not sure why because it’s a really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A truly great experience. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options.

Its a small quite town. Most of the visitors I think are the family of the military - air force base. We didn't visit any attractions (if there is) in Mascoutah but instead we visited St Louis area.

We checked in after 10 pm. Staff was great with giving directions to our room etc. We found the room to be comfortable and clean. We could hear the folks next door talking etc which kind of surprised me. We were glad they weren’t yellers or fighters! 😳. Beds were really comfortable and staying longer then one night would definitely have been doable.
