I really liked everything but most of all the whole staff, starting from the manager, Mrs. Evans but the top of her team are certainly Mrs. Christelle and Tiffany of the reception and Miss Tad from the bar/Bistrot. Dirty, smoke smelling room. No elevator. Steep, dangerous staircase. Mold in bathroom along ceiling. Bed creaky, awful pillows. I can handle a pretty rough place but this was just gross. I would have canceled if I could’ve obtained a refund prior to check in. Not at all what I anticipated. Not happy.
