Our stay at this hotel was really great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. We could leave our bags for free after checkout, which was super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without worry. The location is excellent, close to the subway- Manhattan, shops, and several restaurants, so everything you need is nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in New York!

I had a great time, The staff from the reception to cleaning and support staff was extremely kind and helpful. They showed me how to get around and even showed me where to get a train and bus. This was my first time in the US and I was able to use the basics they taught me to eventually get around even once I had moved and settled well. It was quiet and the rooms were cleaned very well.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for 12 days and it was so cozy so welcoming, so accessible and has so many amenities close by too, such as the subways, stores, etc. It’s such a quiet and safe area.
