The staff was incredibly helpful. The facilities were what you would expect for a Motel 6. The only reason I decided to stay was that the roads were too bad to go anywhere else. I would stay there again though. It cost half of what one of its competitors would cost and was much nicer.

Kingdom City is located right next to the Interstate and...

Kingdom City is located right next to the Interstate and another highway. It consists only of hotels, gas stations, and fast-food restaurants. Overall, it's a very dreary place, used only as a transit point. You hear truck noise day and night. I won't be coming back here, and next time I'd cut corners on the hotel and stay in Fulton instead.

The room was clean. No carpet. That is a scary thing in a hotel, it means they had trouble keeping the bugs out of the carpet. Didn't like that. The rollaway was brought in and linens were provided with finesse. The night clerk was a very nice lady who seemed concerned that she would do something incorrectly. Actually she had had a difficult situation just as we arrived. She handled it admirably, then took care of us with a level of service that is commendable.

The desk persons, after some initial confusion related to the switch from Motel 6 to Baymont, honored my reservation. They were polite and professional. Had grassy area for dogs to walk. The property on the inside was clean. My room was very clean and the mattress looks new and was very comfortable.
