Location was good for where we were going. Room 116 had great hot water and water pressure. Lucy in house keeping was fantastic great person!! Couple of the front desk people were great also!!!

I didn't like that I couldn't check in after the trauma we...

I didn't like that I couldn't check in after the trauma we suffered during the storm that killed so many people. I didn't like that the front desk told me that our tragedy was not her problem. I would never treat anyone like that if they were in a storm and the roof came off of their home. We needed to eat, shower, cool off, and rest after the days of no power, having our roof ripped off, and losing our pets. They treated us extremely poorly.

It is a great place to stay but the breakfast should have bacon and sausage. Room clean and roomy. Staff, for the most part, is very friendly. If you don't mind having breakfast without meat, it is the perfect place to stay!!!

I was in Jasper for a family funeral.

I was in Jasper for a family funeral. Right now there are no breakfast options except fast food. There was a cafe, but it is currently not open. Being a deep East Texas community, the people are very friendly and down to earth. Lunch and dinner options are much more varied, including Cedar Tree, which has an extensive seafood buffet on the weekend.

This hotel was adequate for our needs. Not the best, but not the worst. Good location. The evening desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. An older hotel that has been updated. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was an expected hotel breakfast. We stayed one night as a break in a long trip. We would stay again. The price was fair. We had a small dog with us, the pet fee was only twenty dollars.

Motel is next to the highway but facing 90° from the traffic so not noisy. Parking lot is very open so driving is easy. The check-in clerk was friendly. I had no problems worth complaining about. The AC unit is not under the front window where they all drop water across the walkway. Room smelled like it’s always been smoke free, with no residual stall odor of anything.

Very close to our destination! Ample parking just across the highway from a favorite childhood donut shop. The receptionist was so helpful and cheerful. The lobby area was nice. There was also big evidence of current renovations and upgrades by a big lot of new air conditioning boxes. Our room was clean and the pillows were nice.
