Our host, Karin, was lovely. She was very patient and helped us to check in Host’s cat gave us a warm welcome:) We felt really comfortable in the apartment, it felt like home Our room was clean and well equipped with utilities The host even provided us with earplugs, razors, and slippers!

This hotel was a real find and I would highly recommend staying here. The location was excellent. So easy to get around on foot or by tube. The staff we very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Good size room. No noise Elevators worked. Tea/ coffee making facilities.

The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

Great central location but away from hectic city center and 2mins from central park. The room was spacious, well cleaned everyday. Soft towels, good toiletries and a great shower. Nice linen on a really comfy super king size bed. The room temperature was great even though the temperature in New York fluctuated a lot while we were there. There is no bar or restaurant on site but lots of places to eat and drink on the same street as the hotel.
