I slept in the Overlook Lodge. The room was clean and the view on the lake was amazing. Even if outside was pretty cold, the room was warm and very clean. I had no problem parking neither at the Inn and at the Lodge. Even with the snow and the ice, with the car was easy to reach both location. Other than the room, I tired the services of both the Hikers' Cafe and the second floor bar. They were both very good in terms of price-quality ratio, with plenty of possible choices. The location, generally speaking, is amazing. The staff was helpful and easy going.

We hadn't realized it before we arrived, but the village of Highland Falls had been hammered by floods three weeks before our stay. Folks were well into fixing up the town. We had a great time walking around talking to people about what had happened, and were glad we could support the local economy. The village of Cornwall and Stormking State Park were both nearby and great places to visit as well.

Very comfortable stay in the heart of cold spring. Hosts were super friendly and had great recommendations for hikes nearby.

Super clean, big room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. I think a lot of 3 star hotels in Europe need to get inspiration from this hotel as they are way way worse and have fewer amenities. This hotel surprised me with the fact that it’s 2 stars only, in the EU it’d be a 3-4 star hotel no doubt
