Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.

I loved how accommodating the staff were. Very friendly and attentive to my needs and request. They all went above and beyond. I really appreciate them helping make my daughter’s 10th bday sleepover a success. They even allowed us to use the lobby when the weather turned so bad outside. It was amazing!

Best Hotel on our trip through the South. Modern, super clean, lots of space, well equipped and pretty quiet. It's very close to the "Hood" but fenced parking area, a doorman and Security from Hospital next door gives you a good feeling. It's just 10 min to French Quarter and Canal St. Unbeatable at this price, will recommend it to everyone who likes to visit NO.

We arrived later than expected due to traffic but were...

We arrived later than expected due to traffic but were pleasantly greeted at the front desk. Check-in was a breeze and we were in the rooms quickly. My room was super clean! The staff in the morning were equally as accommodating and pleasant. We will stay here again!

Very convenient location for the nearby wedding reception venues (which is why we were there). Otherwise, out of the way and inconvenient spot for either downtown NOLA or the airport. Comfortable and well-kept hotel with friendly staff, though the price seemed high for what it was - maybe due to the lack of competition around.

Before I booked my reservation I called the hotel and the lady told me that I would be getting a 2bedroom suite but when I got there I was charged almost $100 more for the suite I was told I had reservation for so I booked for $223 but I was charged $300

This hotel is close to EVERYTHING! Shopping & restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Also, the staff was nice and the room was really clean.
