Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.

I loved how accommodating the staff were. Very friendly and attentive to my needs and request. They all went above and beyond. I really appreciate them helping make my daughter’s 10th bday sleepover a success. They even allowed us to use the lobby when the weather turned so bad outside. It was amazing!

Having a free parking place was very comforting. There was no breakfast but coffee and tea was served at the lobby, and there are nice places to eat nearby, at five minute walking . The internet was super. We went to the center by bus once, but the second day found parking at the center, 20$ for nine hours ( not the one which was 75$ for I don't know how much time!!!) which was enough time to enjoy the beautiful downtown streets on foot.

We arrived later than expected due to traffic but were pleasantly greeted at the front desk. Check-in was a breeze and we were in the rooms quickly. My room was super clean! The staff in the morning were equally as accommodating and pleasant. We will stay here again!

The location was exactly where I needed to be, with easy access and plenty of free parking. Although this is an older hotel, furnishings have been updated and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options. The desk clerk on duty when I checked in and out was efficient and very personable. As a mature single woman traveling alone, I felt safe staying here.

Breakfast was above average for similar properties. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Though far from downtown New Orleans, this was the closest available hotel with 2 rooms available at a tolerable price for St. Patrick's Day.
