I loved the location and front desk clerk was the best. The ants could be a problem for the pets that come through and my dog had the best days of her life.
Pleasantly surprised at the room - very clean and nice - and updated as I had been hoping from pictures! Also loved the dove shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

Not a clean place. It was not comforting to stay here. I am a big traveler and this was my worst hotel stay. There was a dirty rag in my shower that appeared to have feces on it. The room was very musty, had a weird smell. The hallways smelled like weed. Overall not a good stay.

We were not there long.
We were not there long. Just an overnight on our way to myrtle beach, South Carolina. We ate at Ruby Tuesday’s. Great food at a great price and very close to the Sleep Inn Hotel. Food Lion was a very clean and easy to shop for our traveling supplies.

Garner is getting busy these days, lots of Northerners moving down, traffic is getting bad as the North. Otherwise, its a nice town, lots to do yet areas that are in the woods but not too far out from the main towns which is nice.
Staff was OK. Just OK not the friendliest but not rude either. The hotel was great. It is that every time we stay at any Hotel by Hilton the staff stands out in a great way just like the hotels.To me for this to be a brand new Hotel by Hilton, well not their branding.
The hotel is not high quality but the staff were. This place is excellent value for money. There was a little traffic noise but I suppose this might be less depending on where the room is located. Breakfast was ok, better than some higher rated hotels.
We have stayed here multiple times. It's like "home". We feel safe. It's a great location. Our only issue is road noises. We live in a very rural area, not much for road noise. But it doesn't affect our opinion of the hotel.
Breakfast was great! Excellent entry and exit on both sides of building. Fast and smooth elevator. Excellent security doors. Excellent televisions thru-out hotel. Quite location. Nice color scheme.
