The staff were friendly, and the hotel's location was great. The parking lot was spacious, and best of all, the kids loved the s'mores kits provided. These small events are truly touching.

The games were great for kids in their lobby. We loved the room. Lady with the long straight blonde hair at desk was super helpful. Walking distance to main street. Dog friendly with dog biscuits.

This room was so beautiful and we were instantly relaxed as soon as we entered. We requested a top floor room after reading comments about noise and didn't hear a peep from anyone including the dogs next door. The location is so close to the main strip of Big Bear and the view of the lake is absolutely amazing!

We are hiking the PCT. Peter and his co-workers are the nicest people. Absolutly hiker friendly. They even have a hiker box. Everything absolutly uncomplicated. Post office across the street. In the "Village" of Big Bear Lake. Plenty options for breakfast or dinner.

Very nice Best Western, exceeded my expectations. Nice walk trail behind the hotel. Comfortable, had everything we needed. Not sure if the AC worked will, the room was warm, but we just turned it off and opened the window, it was nice out.
