The hotel has excelent location in downtown, next to Arch and river pier, so it is easy to rich them. They have secure parking inside their building, which was very important to us. They have control who can access to garage and also who can enter into the hotel. There has a pool conected to wondefull terace where you can enjoy. The real surprise for us was free drinks and buffet from 17.30-19.00. The stations for water, caffe and tea, in the lobby, are open 24/7. The personell, all of them, especially the recepionists, were very kind and polite Highly recomend!

The food at the sports bar was excellent. Fish tacos, chicken strips, and pulled pork sandwich all amazing! Starbucks had the best staff, especially the male at cash (sorry don’t have a name). Fitness facilities top notch for a hotel gym.

The facility demanded I pay an additional $150 upfront for incidentals which was never stated in the booking. They wouldn’t return my booking and told me I could only get a refund from booking.com. I connected booking.com and they said that the hotel had to refund me and sent a request for my refund and I never heard back from either hotel or booking.com

Nothing, staff was terrible. Hot tub didn't work it was dirty black mold in bathroom. When we entered room turned TV on porn was on it. We asked for money back was told no. We asked to have hot tub fixed was told it worked but wouldn't come show us how. Manager was terrible and rude. This was worst hotel and staff I ever seen.

It was a very quiet motel and the staff was very helpful and kind! Just 10 minutes from the Dome at America's Center, it was the perfect accomodations for the Gateway Dirt Nationals without having to spend $700+ at all those big city hotels!!!
