I felt a bit unsafe at times. The local police were there from when we arrived until around 11pm. Ron felt grid, and it was dirty. Pool was closed but everyone seemed to be wearing swimsuits?! Room 213 needs a clean from top to bottom, possibly all the rooms.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie allowed me to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind and unexpected. Due to my long flight from Ecuador I was able to go to my room and rest. The breakfast was included and it has great selection. The bed is very comfy! My husband was using the gym and spa and we just felt like we were home. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and kitchen staff.

Clean and Bright hotel in a really great location. We were there to attend a concert at GLC Monroe and it was a very short walk with good restaurants in between. The parking isn't on site but it's easy to find and you can pay for it at the hotel.
