We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! It exceeded our expectations—amazing value for money, exceptional service, and a safe, modern, well-appointed hotel. We are not sure why it’s rated as a 3-star property; it absolutely 4-star! Our standard room was generously sized, featuring a great kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and an excellent work desk. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was blissfully quiet. Towels and linens were of high quality, and the entire hotel was always spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. The free breakfast (daily 6:30-9:00am) was terrific! We loved popping downstairs each day. The breakfast dining area was quiet with friendly staff. The food selection was generous (4 hot dishes, baked goods, waffles, cereals, whole fruit, juices, coffee/tea). The Lobby Bar was a standout, located in the modern, light, and spacious ground floor, perfect for working, meeting, or relaxing. The Bar staff were always smiles with prompt service. The F&B options were excellent with daily Happy Hour. The hotel doesn’t offer room service, but I often grabbed a wine and food from the bar to enjoy in our room, so convenient. The inhouse, self-serve guest laundry was fab! Easy tap-and-go payments for washer and dryer with laundry detergent avail. to buy at reception or you could BYO. The standard 12pm hotel checkout was a gift. A shoutout to Jasmine at reception who made a real fuss over us Aussies—always smiling, warm, friendly, and helpful! As for location, Galleria Dallas—premier shopping, dining, and entertainment with an indoor ice rink is a 10mins walk away. Just 5mins away is the huge Target North Dallas, open daily until 11pm (with a Starbucks, grocery section, pharmacy, and liquor store), is also within safe, flat walking distance. We absolutely recommend this property—we couldn’t fault it! It was an absolute pleasure staying here.

this was a great location with lots of activities easily within walking distance and tram that served great neighborhood. very safe area and staff were gave great recommendations and were always helpful. food was good quiet property.

Dallas is an amazing place, the price points are decent, you don’t have to drive far to get to places. The apartment complex are really nice great quality for your money. This trip solidified my decision to move here. The people are also friendly and amazing.

I dislike the one way roads.

I dislike the one way roads. By the time you reach your destination, you've passed it and have to circle around again. Some one way streets have the signage halfway down the street instead of the end(s). The "Do Not Enter" sign for one was at the far end, around a blind curve. City buildings look alike, flat faces sidewalk, street. Dang, there was the entrance to a parking structure I didn't see in time, etc. The highways are insane. Small curves for the lanes that go in a wave over short distances (less than 500 feet) at 70 - 90 in a 60mph area. Houston is far friendlier, I was surprised.

I loved the city and it's flavor for food.

I loved the city and it's flavor for food. We are at Taco city downtown and 360 brunch house it was amazing. Some other attractions was six flags over Texas had a ball. The traffic was thick but the city was worth it.

Dallas is a great city, but if you intend to see as much as...

Dallas is a great city, but if you intend to see as much as possible you need a car. All locations are accessable by DART/TRE but lengthy waits may be in store as co-ordinating links/transfers can be difficult.

Dallas is a great city to visit with many beautiful sites, fantastic restaurants and bars. There are multiple entertainment venues. Like any other large city, there are definite traffic issues with some crazy drivers.

Clean room, nice staff, convenient location. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC was working great especially in the TX heat. The staff was very friendly, Anthony at check in made us feel welcomed right away and the breakfast staff were very friendly too. Breakfast was good for a Home 2 Suites hotel and the staff was there consistently checking to restock and keeping things very clean. Location is great to various stores and downtown is only 10-15 minutes with the car away.

Ideally located closed to downtown Dallas for visiting JFK site - stayed here 2 nights and couldn't fault anything! The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff were both friendly & helpful and the the breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold food. We would definitely stay here again if staying in the Dallas area!

Great and fresh looking loft-type hotel with modern interior. The hotel is well located in downtown and allows easy access to everywhere. The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking was available just next to the hotel and it was really convenient.

A clean and modern hotel in superb downtown location, close to all the main sights. Big and spacious rooms. Also, very close to a DART stop which facilitates getting from and to Dallas Fort Worth airport by public transport, saving money if not time. Highly recommended.
