The location was convenient but too close to highway. Fascilities and standard was good. Staff was just ok, but during this visit I noticed that service is perhaps not the strongest focus in US these days. Breakfast was fine, could be some more salads and vegetables.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed visiting the pool. We highly appreciate the covered parking which helped us to feel very safe. The general decor is appealing but also well thought out with lots of areas to sit in the lobby. We love the set up of the rooms. It is great to have a lounge area in the room. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there for my brothers wedding.

We were there for my brothers wedding. The hotel was clean and it was a comfortable stay, but the bathroom seemed small for 2 adults. We were charged extra incorrectly for a food and bar bill. The hotel said they found the error and were issuing a refund, however the full amount was not refunded. It's just too inconvenient to keep making phone calls to try to get it straight.

The Easton Town Center was very nice.

The Easton Town Center was very nice. The Zoo lights were good. We visited the topiary park which was really cool. We had tickets for the conservatory but unfortunately the snow keep us from going. Restaurants around the area were great! A lot to choose from.

Columbus Ohio is a wonderful place to visit for just a quick trip or nice vacation with your family. There are many places to go and visit like the world famous Columbus Zoo, COSI...Center of Science and Industry. Great restaurants like Thurman cafe, very clean city from what I seen. Local people are very helpful and friendly. So if you're looking for a great destination to visit, give Columbus Ohio a try.

Columbus is a growing City.

Columbus is a growing City. We visited German Village and a mall when we were there. We came for the weekend for a concert but it was canceled. It has many places to visit and see. The worst thing is the traffic! Roads downtown now need to be bypassed and added to due to all the people. Waiting in traffic downtown was terrible. The only thing that did make it tolerable was that people were polite about letting you over when you needed to switch lanes which helped immensely! I wouldn't want to drive their everyday. I went to OSU in 1977 and the traffic was nothing like it is now. It is best to try and go around the city and then cut into where you are going at some point. Love Columbus but they need to build some new highways!

The breakfast was abundant and varied, with options for everyone. Likewise, the buffet dinner was just what I was looking for. The gym, pool, lobby, and restaurant facilities were just perfect, as was the room, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. The service from the managers, reception, and restaurant was 10/10. A hotel with a good family and business atmosphere. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout. Excellent location for the Columbus Convention Center and getting around the city.

The breakfast is amazing. One of the best ones I have had in a hotel. Rooms were comfy and I love the full windows in the rooms. Staff was nice and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The location was great. It was nice being close to so many different choices of restaurants. We also were close to Easton Town Center which was nice.
