we have visies quite some motels in the USA, Yardarm was the most pleasant place. We could truly feel the good atmosphere in yardarm. the beds were a bit too soft, but others might love this. We coincidently forgot a purse in the motel and had not noticed, the owner phoned us, and even shipped the purse to The Netherlands. We are very thankful for his extreme friendlyness , beyond expectations!!!

We had booked this property but when we arrived in the evening we were told Booking.com had double booked the room despite having an email confirming this. The lady at reception was most helpful and had booked us into another motel, the Belfast Harbour Inn, nearby which was of a much higher standard but honoured the price we paid and gave a free breakfast. We were most impressed with the help offered here and the other motel. The room was most comfortable and with very good facilities.

Beautiful setting and location. Our room was on the smaller but cute. There were lots of towels to use in the room and the bed was comfortable. Staff were accommodating and nice.

Amazing stay here. Very nice, charming and accommodating owner. It is so nice to have a kayak time on the lake. The room is a bit rustic but well equipped with everything you need from TV to high speed starlink wifi. Shared fridge and icemaker makes it easier for on-the-go lunch prep. Breakfast is home-made and delightful before a day of outdoor enjoyment!
