What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

The staff was knowledgeable and handled the very many football fans/guests really well. No one lost their cool and they were helpful. It would be if if the hotel maybe provided someone who knows more about transportation to the games on game weekends as the staff didn't seem to know too much which was fine as it's not their job. Would be a nice touch and free them up for saying they don't know.

Ms. Shanell was very professional and helped me with my reservation. The gentleman and ladies who prepared the morning breakfast were just great! The bed was so comfortable and being animal friendly was a plus as I had our dog with me.
It was so cold the weekend I stayed, but the property made us feel warm with working heat, great attitudes and comfort. All the staff were great!

Our stay was very nice.
Our stay was very nice. The agent at the front desk at check-in was very informative and professional. The room was very stylish and clean. My wife loved the lighted mirror! The location of the hotel is near many stores, restaurants, and my wife's favorite spot, Krispy Cream, which is within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel room was great, clean and comfortable. They provided all the basic necessities from stocking marvelous soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, to dishes and silverware.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby.
It's safe to say I will be staying here again the next time I'm in DC.
On a side Note, You are still able to get in and out of the building and your room if the power goes out due to severe weather.
Hotel is amazingly clean, new installations, fantastic mattress, really well located (10 minutes from the Six Flags park and 20 minutes from Washington), different restaurants in a 2 mile's range, staff really friendly, honest breakfast. We travel a lot and we got really surprised by this hotel. Only mention, not to complain but to improve, would be having better pillows, but still 10 out of 10.
We arrived 2 hrs early. I knew that the chances of checking in early was slim with the entire hotel booked but when I went and asked the lady at the front desk was not only very polite vut was as well very accomadating and after a few min was able to get us a room. Saved us from having to just hang out around the nearby shopping center to just wait.
I did reserve the same day I planned to arrive i called the hotel to inform them of my cancellation . They refused to cancel and instead proceeded to charge me although i called before the time. I find this disturbing for them to pretend not receiving my call making noises in the background to charge me for a room I didn’t use.
Nothing at all, no stars for at least everything but two stars for the reception which shuffled us around after our several complains. I will never ever return to this hotel and just to let u know, I am staying in 30-40 hotels a year, and I know what I am talking about. Nothing in my comments is overstressed or picky.
Nothing. I selected this hotel because of the rating. I have a 86 year aunt who I wanted to ensure her comfort after a 4 hour car ride. The 1st room reaked of cigrettes, the room we settled with had to be cleaned by my cousin with products they brought from home. Very ridiculous.
The property was lovely, very spacious, in a safe location. The apartment had all the needed amenities for our comfort. There was a 7 eleven close by to stock up on needed groceries. Beds were supper comfy, TV in every room, there were many linens, towels, duvet etc
Hotel was one of best I’ve stayed in was clean friendly staff who work tirelessly very polite and helpful room was spacious and clean area was ideal for football games ( walking) swimming pool was excellent and clean thank you everyone enjoyed stay 👍🏻
The location is great. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The rooms was colorful, clean, and the shower was hot. The lobby area was clean as well as the premises itself. The hotel location is safe meaning no people just standing around.
The worst hotel I’ve every stayed at in the US. It was dirty. Two days there were no breakfast. Wifi wasn’t working in rooms. Only one elevator worked and it was slow and dirty. The staff were rude. A really terrible hotel.
The hotel was ok for a few nights. There were enough options for breakfast, although the staff was a bit slow to replenish the food, especially in peak times.
The room was clean and large. This hotel was close to the FEDEX Field and a good restaurant that we ate at before the concert. Check-in was easy and fast.
