The staff was nice the area was nice but when i walked in the room i make sure i look around to check for cleanliness etc and to my surprise i found a roach in between the sheets immediately got out that room requested another room got switched to another room and it was fine but this room needs maintenance there’s alot of rotten area and molds throughout the room for the price they charge it should be a little more clean other than that everything else Was fine

The house setup was beautiful theater area was so calm and relaxing it was enough space for my family and the kids have the greatest time ever very close to NYC and shopping malls American Dreams was a nice place for the kids and the shopping places were nice. Definitely will stay there again for our next family trip. 10/10
