We found Latitude O a very pleasant place. The fact that we value quietness and excellent customer service, latitude O staff fulfilled our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The security in the area where the Hotel is based, it is opposite the central police office and there are many cameras around and there are security guards on the 8th floor which is the hotel entrance to monitor movement. The hotel is very very and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious. The location is in the centre of amenities Cafe Javaz, KFC, and many prominent restaurants. There are shops for makeup , nail saloons, clothes and shoes stores, and jewellers on levels 7 and 5 and below levels. The staff speak good English and they are very humble. There were no mosquitoes and no Uganda annoying dust in the rooms. The air conditioning works very well. The hotel is located in the middle of the city but there are no noises in the rooms.
