It was a perfect hotel for me, I wanted to move in! There is amazing artwork and curios in every nook and cranny, The staff are so friendly, they are like friends. the 3 bars and restaurants are all wonderful and the spa was terrific. There is a common area workspace that is amazing too. For business, fun or as a spa retreat this property offers everything with an eye for detail, and good service. Its mountain top garden location is an oasis in the chaos of Kampala city.

The Hotel staff were amazing from check in to check out. Ruth thank you for the amazing well come. I had problem with my in house phone and it was changed immediately once i reported it. Breakfast was 10/10 thank to the chef.

The food was great ,customer service was excellent. The surrounding was romantic and ideal for pictures.we were at the resort for our wedding Anniversary which went very well ,everyone made us feel like royalty especially Kenneth.Right from beach house,Alfred rendered exceptional service,to the boat man to the receptionists, Andrew and all other staff we werent able to remember names,not forgetting kenneth that was keen to every detail and made our stay very smooth and memorable....we can boldly say we felt the vale for money and will come again.

Hospitable and friendly staff. Enjoyed the conversations, always willing to help. Nice garden. Breakfast sometimes did not get served on time, but we were requesting much earlier breakfast time. They did their best to accommodate. A nice gym in the roof.

I love Uganda but hate Kampala with a passion.

I love Uganda but hate Kampala with a passion. I can't think of any good reason to spend time in a dirty city crammed with hooligans on motorbikes, pretentious politicians, terrible pollution, and craters masquerading as potholes. If you have to come for business so be it but get out as quickly as you can. The rest of the country is beautiful.

A fast paced city with a lot of history and culture.

A fast paced city with a lot of history and culture. The Kasubi tombs, the grand Mosque, The Matyrs, the Bahai temple , Owino market are all very interesting place that I visited and is highly recommended for tourists. There is however heavy traffic so you need to plan properly.

Kampala has very busy roads, mostly from the boda boda transport. They confused me when crossing because they came from all directions, but I was impressed by the fact that there were no accidents on the roads in the confusion. I enjoyed the laid back kind of old lifestyle with the old school music that related to my age group wherever you walk around. Most of all I loved the natural food wherever I went. I did not get a chance to visit the source of the Nile

Kampala is a dynamic and vibrant city that offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and rich culture. The city is full of energy, with friendly locals, bustling markets, and a lively nightlife. There’s plenty to explore, from historical landmarks to scenic spots like Lake Victoria. The food scene is diverse, with local Ugandan dishes as well as international options available. The city is also well-connected, making it easy to navigate for business and leisure travelers. Traffic can be quite challenging, especially during peak hours, and the roads can be crowded. Also, while Kampala is growing rapidly, some areas still have limited infrastructure, which can be frustrating at times.

Traffic in Kampala is a nightmare.

Traffic in Kampala is a nightmare. If I didn't have a dental appointment, I'd prefer to stay in Entebbe. I go to Kampala for some shopping,, or medical needs, but for holiday other places are nicer to go to see sites and be more relaxed.

Wonderful and safe house in an exceptional quiet setting with beautiful views over the lake Victoria. We stayed here twice. Very comfortable, airy and spacious room. The ladies taking care of the guesthouse are very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we also had some of their other cooked meals which were very tasty as well. This house is away from the maddening humdrum of Kampala, but still easily accessible by uber. Get picked up by the hotel driver from Entebbe airport. No problems with mosquitoes. Very highly recommended.

Good hotel as a base for exploring Kampala. The breakfast was brilliant with a lot of variety on offer - fresh fruit and juices, cereals, yoghurt and cooked options which included eggs and waffles available to order. We used the laundry service which was good value for money. Enjoyed a drink and some food at the restaurant in the evening which was great.

Beautiful boutique 10 room hotel well located in a hopping part of Kampala. The staff were always available, efficient, providing great service and were also great to talk to. Finally, the restaurant serves delicious food in an elegant way in a charming covered area with a starlit area and little niches if you want to have a private convo.
