Facilities are good - don't be intimidated by the reception hall. The rooms are comfortable, with fridge, television, kettle, little balcony. Yes, it does need renovation but for this price, it's a great deal and a lovely place to stay. Location is also great and staff is very nice.

Great location in a historic villa in Truskavets Park. 50 m from the Ferris wheel. Friendly staff. 24/7 registration desk. Own free parking. Own restaurant with a winter terrace. Rooms are clean, with modern decoration. At the same time, the historical flavor has been preserved. I was traveling with my family. So our accommodations are perfect for that.
