New loft style hotel in Lviv. Very good location, very large rooms, with big and comfortable bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast also for those who do not eat meat and milk products. Very nice view to start the day in the restaurant upstairs. Very good WiFi connection. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Will come back soon.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, everything is at the highest level. Traveled for work, would love to come back. I arrived at 02:00 at night to the edge of the city, they called me a good taxi and took me to the Hotel. The girls at the reception are very friendly.

Perfect Location to continue deeper into Ukraine from here. Right next to the ring around Lviv. Luckilly the exit has a traffic light. Without one getting on the ring road is a bit suicidal when traffic flow is strong.

Everything was perfect, the host was friendly, the coffee was delicious and the choice of breakfast was sublime (I recommend the Ukrainian "pancakes" with cheese, very tasty). Beds are comfortable, water pressure in the shower is good, and there is plenty of hot water. Walled inside parking with a guard on site was just the cherry on top. 100% recommended.

Everybody was always nice. Whether it was the receptionists or the cleaners, everyone was always smiling and very friendly and tolerant and patient when I tried to speak Ukrainian as a foreigner. There is nothing to complain about from the staff or accommodation side.

A lot to like - the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are spacious enough and the bed linen was immaculately clean. There is the bonus of an underground kitchen and dining table , with fridge to store food . The location is great - a pleasant stroll downhill and a beautiful park literally on the doorstep.
