This was a remarkable experience and everything was perfect. If felt like a 5 stars boutique hotel ambiance. The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious, the breakfast was very rich, tasty with quality ingredients. The team including Plil was super kind and patient to all our needs but above all there was Anna - the manager of this diamond place . She is AMAZING lady that other than her management and hospitality skills, have a great personality and in parallel to her full devotion to make her guests happy with her high class Italian standards, she is helping local children to have proper education. A truly remarkable place with a real magic that wins any other luxury hospitality that you can think of. Thank you Anna!!!

I really loved everything about Bara Bara Eat&Sleep. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm. The wifi must be good, because I have seen people working there on their laptop everyday. The room was small but nice and tidy. It had a toilet and a shower, AC and fan. During the day you have the café where you can hang out, drink a coffee and watch the streetlife of the main road. The coffee is really good by the way, as is everything that's on the menue. The breakfast was out of this world, I never had anything that compares in a hotel. Thanks to the amazing chef! All the staff from reception to cleaning was super friendly, they also helped me when my phone broke and in general fulfilled all my wishes (like having an earlier breakfast as I had to leave in the morning for a daytrip). They made sure I was welcomed when I arrived later at night as anticipated. So: Asante sana to all the amazing people from BaraBara! I will be back :)

The friendliness of all staff was extraordinary. Robert's restaurant crew was fantastic. We have been served breakfast and dinner (half board is mandatory) and there was always enough food and a variety of drinks, as well for optional lunch at the beach or pool. The food was excellent. Our room was spacious and very cosy. Avoid the rooms in the ground floors. There were always enough sunbeds and sunshade. We enjoyed as well the spa treatments. The mood was absolutely relaxing in this hotel. Quiet and peaceful, day by day. It was on e of the best holiday hotel we have ever been.

We liked everything! The staff was super friendly, professional and helpful, the food was delicious, the space is a slice of paradise. The room was spacious, with AC, a confortable bed with moskito net and a small shelf with a safe. The restaurant area was a perfect spot to rest and admire the view from the deck. There were also some hammocks and "bed-hammocks" perfect to enjoy the sunrise on the ocean or chill after lunch. The beach right in front of the hotel is not really suitable for swimming because there is a strip of very sharp rock formations on the ground, but the swimming pool more than compensates for that and it's possible to walk to nearby beaches to swim in the ocean too. We definitely recommend it to anyone going to Zanzibar!
