If perfection exists, this hotel comes very close to it. What struck us the most wasn't just the quality of the facilities, but the soul of the place. From the very first 'hello' at reception, we felt like family rather than just guests in a room number. The atmosphere is so welcoming that we literally felt at home. Here are the highlights of this flawless experience: • The Staff: Their kindness isn't something you can train; it’s genuine. They were always ready to help with a smile and gave us valuable tips. We felt truly pampered. • The Food: Prepare to gain a few pounds because it's impossible to resist! The room was spacious, beautifully designed with earthy tones and local touches that felt both luxurious and authentic. First of all, let's start with the welcome: driver on time at the airport, arrival at the facility with an excellent welcome from the manager Eva with a drink and even the owner Ahmet, who ensures us all the useful information in a clear way. we immediately notice that the structure is managed in a family way but with every security (private police always present within the perimeter) and precision. spacious, comfortable rooms, excellent mattresses, clean bathrooms, mosquito nets on the doors/windows and around the bed. excellent catering, varied and excellently cooked fish menu. Mineral water, tea, coffee always available. great advice and contacts for dedicated guides for exclusive private tours but with the right cost. location just a few minutes walk from the best beaches. thanks to Ahmet and his dream team. we will be back soon. PS: not so many reviews but all of them are from real happy customers!!

SafiraBlu is stunning - the property and each of the villas are beautiful. Since there are so few villas there, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your wants and needs are being met. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, the head chef, for always having great suggestions for our meals and being so welcoming. Also to Isaac, Alpha, Abdella, Stella, Harry, and Ahmed for being so helpful and considerate whenever we had any questions, or were enjoying the pool, restaurant, or in-unit service! My wife and I came here to relax for our honeymoon prior to going on a Safari on the mainland and this was the perfect place for that. We did the all-inclusive package which was well worth it in our opinion. If I could rate this place 11 out of 10 I would. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would love to come back one day.

I paid cash on arrival for 11 nights.The hut was very hot and I wanted to leave the next day, but he would not refund me. I contacted booking.com 2 times, but never heard from them, so I was stuck there. The owner is a preacher and has a congregation just behind the huts, so there is a lot of noice many mornings and evenings and in between someone is practising the piano and he is not good.

Beautiful beach with a decent selection of restaurants and bars. I loved the Fish Market restaurant and kept going back. Amazing blue sea, powder soft sand and great location for sunset. As a female solo traveller I didn’t like constant hassle from men dressed as Masai.

There are a lot of hidden costs when coming to Nungwi.

There are a lot of hidden costs when coming to Nungwi. If you book any excursions, be prepared to pay double what you book for as they add on conservancy and entry fees on top. The beaches are not the crystal clear blue that you think. The beaches are highly affected by the tides. When it is low tide the beach is covered with seaweed and the water is too far out for you to swim. You only get to swim for a few hours a day when it is in high tide. If I were booking to come back to Zanzibar, go to Paje!!

I loved everything about this place including night...

I loved everything about this place including night performances during supper. It is so easy to get to different places with taxis that are always waiting outside and the drivers are so friendly and always ready to drive you around any destination

The village was very nice.

The village was very nice. The beach is nice but you need to keep in mind the tides, because the sea shifts a lot throughout the day. We rented a bike but turns out it wasn’t necessary because the 2 nicest beaches Nungwi and Kendwa are close and the rest of the places you have to go by organised tours. We did most of them and all of them were truly amazing! I would visit Zanzibar again.

As SA travellers the people on the beach can be a bit much - but again you are interacting with other cultural - which is wonderful. Became friend with Daniel a Messai and will keep touch. The Zanzibar are warm honest people. I loved the Jumbo while walking along the beach

From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt like home. We enjoyed a really cute & cozy garden, breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff made me feel even more like I'm home. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. And the location is absolutely unbeatable! The beach is literally around the corner - okay, maybe 5 steps away hihi. This hotel was a fantastic find. So much so that I returned 11 days later for another week here. Perfectly laid out with all of the rooms surrounding a large, clean swimming pool. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. The friendly staff are amazing and keen to assist with anything you need. I travel a lot to Zanzibar and this is the best hotel I’ve found over many years. Perfectly located in Nungwi, minutes from the beach and everything that comes with that. Highly recommend.

The location is great for this price. The hotel is near (5 mins) one of the best beaches on Zanzibar- Nungwi.If you would like to try some local fruits at the best price - go to the local Market, which is also less than 10 mins away from the property. The staff is very friendly and nice, they will help you and give advice with everything you need. The room was cleaned every morning, AC was working. Breakfasts are also very tasty and nutritious, served always with some fruits.

I loved everything. Situation closed to the beach, friendly staff. I've stayed in female dorm and it was clean. Save place. Foods there is so good. Breakfast is nice too. I booked twice after one stay in. It was a safe bet to end my stay in Zanzibar

The staff, the view, the waves! And the sand bank which is a short walk up the beach was the highlight of our whole trip in Zanzibar. Recommend visiting it as the tide is going out.
