This is place is paradise! Everything was perfect. The location is not in the center of Lushoto, but you can easily get there with a Boda. The view is breathtaking and service ist excellent. Everybody is so friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. I loved it so much, that I even stayed longer, than I originally planned. Thanks for everything.

Obedi, Bundi and the staff and family members I met during my stay are all so lovely! The house is beautiful and Bundi made me some amazing vegan food for breakfast and dinner that I got to enjoy with the mountain views. Bundi was also a great guide to take me on hikes. I really enjoyed my time at Jua Zuri and definitely plan to come back soon.

It's not the place for people who look for perfect 5-star hotel experience, but it's for people who look for perfect atmosphere, nature and views:) Room we stayed in was very nice, with balcony. The host - Hamza, is super charming, positive person and he will make sure your stay will be great. For breakfasts and dinners, the portions are superbig and the food is tasty.

We loved the host (so kind) and the staff, the location is perfect (you can start hiking directly from the hotel). In the evening the host cooked for us for small money (we asked in the morning if it’s possible). The day hike to Irene view Point was amazing!! Taxi from the village (nice market) was 10.000, boda boda was 2.000. we love to come back one day (with our kids -hihi)

Jackson is by far the nicest host we have met in Tanzania. We had a great time staying at his place. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. The guesthouse is ideal for people who want to explore Lushoto/Usambara by themselves. Jackson helped us navigating in Lushoto with a great map and also organized our bus tickets back to Dar. We can totally recommend staying at his place!
