Elephant Lodge is a special place, with elephants visiting now and then at a waterhole. Its rooms are nice and scattered throughout the beautiful landscape. The concept is thoughtful and executed well. Its staff is friendly and genuine.

The opportunity to stay in the middle of the wonderful Tarangire NP is really a privilege. The camp has been designed with both comfort and closeness to nature in mind. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the communal spaces are designed to make best use of the wonderful location. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we enjoyed discussing the wildlife with them around the campfire. And to wake up with an elephant really just a few metres from the tent was unforgettable.

This is a little luxury in the middle of the bush. It was not the main seasion, we were the alone guests in the whole accommodation. The place is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fantastically hot. The tent is big and there is all of the important equipment in it. The meal was very tasty and plenty.
