Zanzibella was a fantastic hotel. When you entered the gate you were greeted by a garden that was well-kept and with a fantastic flower display. The breakfast was incredibly good and after that breakfast you could get through the day with ease. The room was large and spacious and you had the toilet separate from the shower and washbasin. What a nice staff, always helpful and responsive, with such staff you make your guests feel comfortable. The room was always well-cleaned and the cleaning lady got to show her artistic ability every day when she made the bed. We really enjoyed our stay at Zanzibella!

Our stay in Bluebay has been simply top notch! The facility is amazing, every environment is so spot on...from the hall to the restaurant, to the pool and so on...Everything is kept with taste and attention to the smallest details. The restaurant serves high quality food mostly made with local fresh ingredients. Not to mention the staff : waiters, bartenders, Masai bellboys and the receptionists (to whom I'd like to dedicate a special mention...Those guys are true professionals, they never leave you alone and they are always there to meet each single request with a smile on their face. They are such a winning team! Those guys do a great job!). Highly recommended!

Honestly I dont know what should I write. We were here for four days and we really enjoyed everyone of them. We were surprised by the the room and by the whole building,it was beautiful and it looked like new. Host and his staff they were incredible,perfect,nice and we miss you already. Our room has side seaview and in the evenings we were relaxing outside or at the terrace. Bed was perfect for us. We have to say that we had best breakfast so far,everyhnig was fresh, and the fruit...so sweet. You are eating your breakfast at the terrace,you are looking at the sea-what more you can imagine :) At 17.00,its the tea-time, that means you get spicetea with sweet snack and I have no more words:) perfect House is right at the beach,with private sunbeds,few steps to the sea. You can go for a walk to left or right side of the beach. Nearby restaurants on the left or right side of the beach. We choose Ayla beach house,as it have just few rooms so we could have peaceful and relaxing stay in Kiwengwa-and it was perfect choice. Nice house,very nice and friendly people-if we go to Zanzibar again,we will go to Ayla beach house for sure.

Kiwengwa is an amazing place , only annoying this is the amount of African people that hassle you on the beach - men dressed as masi that are not from the the masi Maru tribe ( pretending they are ) and annoying you when you trying to enjoy a peaceful walk it is over bearing and no one wants that on their holiday - was most beaches in Zanzibar !!

Our stay was amazing and peaceful.

Our stay was amazing and peaceful. The staff was funny and very friendly. Big thanks to Jana and her staff, Lameck in the restaurant section and Janet in housekeeping was so sweet and they looked after us at our 8-night stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean.

Lovely beach on the Indian Ocean. Lots of restaurants, bars and snack shops from higher end and usual fare to local pubs and dining. Beautiful views, jet ski, kite surfing and dhow or outrigger hires for snorkeling. beautiful clear water and you can walk the sandbars at low tide or swim there at high tide. An hour or so from Stone Town hustle and bustle, but still close enough for a day excursion.

The beach is arguably one of the best on the island—long, swimmable, and vibrant. While it has more energy and amenities than a secluded spot, we still found it peaceful and relaxing, especially during the mornings. It's the perfect base for anyone who wants both stunning beach life and easy access to restaurants and activities.

Kiwengwa is a perfect place to spend time with the family. Exquisit nature, kind people and the best food. Boat trips, beach activities, village strolls, getting to know the culture of local people who are very knowlegeable about the natural agriculture and extreemly kind and nice. We loved every minute of our stay at Kiwengwa.

Paradise.

Paradise. Very long and large beach, friendly local people, very calm and quite place. We loved it. Its very save even in the nightwalks on the beach. There are some restaurants, coffee places where you can drink fresh, cocktails or snacks.

The Zanbluu Beach Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Zanzibar. You can enjoy a very good breakfast in the morning and a good Dinner in the evening at the Main Hall which has a great view on the sea. The Facility was great and good managed. The quality of the food is very high and the kitchen has a lot of potential albeit minor mistakes to fix to realize this potential. The staff as well as the managers were very friendly.

This hotel is the best we’ve had in Zanzibar. Gloria was an angel as well as the other staff! They did everything from second 1 until the last second to make us feel like home. The room was insane, directly at the sea, and so was the food! If you’re still doubting to come here this should be the last sign, can’t suggest this hotel more! The best decision! Thank you!!!

The staff and the food ! I have been at Zanzibar a week now and stayed in 3 hotels so far, but the food love and care from the staff! Patrick , Yunus and the other young lady from the food area forgot her name! She was lovely with my son. Patrick was a star, Yunus is a great hearted young man. Management are also great, very helpful and always checking in on guests

We had a lovely stay in Z lodge, we found their profile on instagram and we selected this place for the food, and private location. My wife and I wanted to escape to Zanzibar to rejuvenate and relax, really nice cocktails by Sammy at their beach bar. The staff was super helpful and friendly, we can recommend this place to everyone.
