I don’t know from where to start, Mbali Mbali team was simply perfect from the team working in the main office to the driver, guides and the Lodge staff. Mbali Mbali lodge is the perfect place to plan your Safari in Serengeti, we were offered an upgrade to the Honeymoon suite which is simply heaven on earth. The view from the suite is incredible, I’ve never seen a better view. This lodge was a part of our honeymoon and simply the best part of it. Mbali Mbali planned for us Game Drives everyday with the great guide Adrian. We were lucky to see almost all kind of animals specially we were at the end of the wet season. I definitely recommend Mbali Mbali for everyone coming to visit Serengeti. Let me speak about the staff and their hospitality. Starting from Zainab and Magdalena in the main office who helped us to plan everything before arrival which made our journey very smooth. The lodge staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful and always asking if we needed anything. The next people made our stay simply fantastic. Special thanks to - Ibrahim the main lodge manager - Deo the rooms manager - Leonard the restaurant manager, leo was here for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Kitchen staff, Honestly I was surprised with the great level of the food specially in a such remote area. - Adrian, our guide during the Game Drives, I can bet you no one knows Serengeti better than him, the amount of knowledge he knows about this place is fascinating. He was also very flexible with us in timings and what we wanted to do. He is the spotlight of our trip. - Everyone we weren’t in direct contact with who made our trip unforgettable. To be surrounded by animals, even lions

The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

Everything was great. Furthermore, I really recommend the game drive service offered by Hotel because Sahid, the guide, is very friendly and a great guide. Special thanks to Sahid.

The tents are stunning in an amazing wilderness. In normal time I would say that the quality of the food was the real stand out. Fine dining in the Savana. The reasonable price at the bar make it also easy to relax after a day of game drive. But our experience was full of challenges and it also demonstrated the dedication of the staff to make their guest experience worth the trip. We came with our own car and blew a tyre 30 min from the lodge and then our first game drive morning was canceled due to the guide car mechanical issue. So it was not looking good for us. But the staff, and in particular Ibrahim and Pascal, the manager, went out of their way to save our trip. They found a solution for a game drive in the afternoon and a early game drive the next day very early with a substantive discount. We saw everything we wanted with a great guide (his name was Goodluck and indeed….). But the truly outstanding part was that during our last game drive the manager arranged a new tyre at reasonable price, the change of our tyre, luggage in the trunk. We were ready to go! So a wonderful hotel is always nice when everything goes according to plan, Anantya does the same in time of crisis. A huge kudos to the Anatya team!

The experience of sleeping in a tent with Animals so close by Is already thrilling, but we also appreciated the politeness of the staff, the food available, and the general ambiance

Our stay at Zawadi Serengeti Camp in the Serengeti was absolutely exceptional. The food was delicious, the tents were luxurious and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Surrounded by wildlife, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and bush romantic dinner under the beautiful sky that made the experience truly unforgettable.
