The location is perfect, you can watch the animal drink water from the pond. The hotel is beautiful and the staff s incredibly sweet and attentionate. Service and follow-up is impeccable. Osero camp is an amazing place to stay! The staff is super attentive and even offered us some wine at the sunset. The food here was really good and the closeness to nature (at night you hear the lions, zebras, etc. next to your tent) made it an amazing experience. Our tent was very spacious, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. We fully recommend it :)

Everything about Pumzika was pure magic. From the design and decor of the tents, to the deep savannah setting of the camp, the meals, the drinks and the Out Of Africa vibes made our stay unforgettable. The tent is furnished and decorated to a high standard, and setting on a hill facing 2 vallies with stunning views. The food is so delicious and tasty and cooked by professional and friendly chiefs. Finally,  the staff were really amazing and helpful, especially the manager Ommie , the butler Elly and our driver and guiding tour Denis. We really had an unforgettable experience which well last long.

The property, located just outside the Serengeti gates, was beautiful and offered luxurious glamping. The only downside was the extra charge for entering and exiting the gates, but it was well worth it. The food exceeded expectations, as it wasn’t buffet-style like I had anticipated. Instead, it was personalized and different each day, which made for a delightful dining experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and my group of friends especially loved the waitress who served us. Her warmth, kindness, and friendly energy truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable.

Fantastic staff - very well taken care by the team. Special thanks to Jackson who was extremely helpful and kind. Camps is also perfectly located and offers nice food - especially dinner and breakfast. Take away lunches could be improved perhaps. Clean facilities and room.
