We went with our 8 months old baby. Owner Leon was very kind to explain to us where we should go stargazing. He also advised us that the water heater will take awhile to heat up. This was helpful because it was pretty cold. There was also heater on the bed. Love the warm reception from the and his parents.

Expensive but we got a free upgrade and lovely forest views and a sensational sunset view from the rooftop. The room was a bit dated but huge and functional and comfortable. Banquet morning and night was delicious.

The family at the tea farm were so friendly and welcoming, and we had the best food here in our whole trip to Taiwan. It is only 15 minutes drive from the forest railway and there were lots of hiking trails nearby. The room was basic but fine, with a large shared lounge area. we were there when the weather was cold and there was a heater we could use.

Super friendly and helpful host. Helped to arrange my trip to Alishan National Forest Recreation Area from Fenqihu. Offered luggage storage while I was travelling to Alishan till returned to Fenqihu to catch train back to Chiayi on the next day. Villa is just beside the train station, old street and near a few trail. Definitely recommend for a short stay at Fenqihu while traveling to Alishan.

Fantastic hotel, high standard, very good kitchen serving a very good - though somewhat pricy - dinner. Rooms are very nice and everything of high standard. Very nice outdoor pool.
