Perfect location, entrance is withing the 7-Eleven. The hotel is right next to the bus stop en center of Shuishe. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend to stay here. I even was given NT$200 in vouchers to use for breakfast (or anything else besides alcohol and tobacco) at the 7-Eleven.

Excellent!! From the hotel lobby, to the rooms, to the buffet spread and the indoor playground for kids, everything was perfect. We took the Japanese style room & the view was perfect, overlooking Sun Moon Lake. Room was spacious, new and comfortable. Both dinner & breakfast buffet spread was perfect. Onsen was great too. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located very close to the lake, in a nice area full of street food booths and close to Sun Moon ropeway, which is an attraction that I highly recommend. The room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast was served in an elegant form of a fancy breakfast box, but there was buffet available as well in case the box was not enough. The staff were helpful and responsive on how to commute to the property. Great value for money.

Perfect location. 3 minutes of walk to the bus station to take the bus back to Taipei (or the arrival station of the bus from Alishan). The Sun Moon Lake is right outside the hotel's restaurant. Good selection of breakfast but mostly Chinese style. The room is quite small, but understandable. The staff can speak English.
