Big and comfortable room. We had everything we needed. Great breakfast. We used the washing machine few times and even got the gel for free. Very quiet place, with chicken and ducks, the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this property!

This property had the most beautiful location. The rooms had a private hot spring. The staff treated you like visiting royalty. Perfect for the lantern festival. What a gem. There was even an art gallery And my friend said the walking trail was nice.

The housekeeping, the lady on my floor (6th) kept my room tidy everyday. The service and efficiency of all the staff in the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection of western and eastern cuisine. And we were able to park our rental car inside the hotel building.

Perfection is the word for my entire experience. Great location! The hotel is right next to a major metro transfer hub and a massive and modern shopping mall. However, the hotel complex occupies a very tranquil spot of the entire commercial area. On top of that it comes with a grand, fancy and chic lobby! The staff service was impeccable and so as the hard product! The hotel room was spacious with fantastic view and built with very advanced technology. Very futuristic inside out! What else can I ask for?

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff are exceedingly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is located very close to the subway, shopping, tourist sites, restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms were much larger than expected and very comfortable. Onsite facilities such as gym and laundry were very welcome, and the wi-fi is excellent. We have family in Taipei and visit often, and Hann's House will most definitely be our "go to" property in town. Highly recommended.
