I love everything about this hotel. Starting from the location, view, rooms cleanliness, rooms space and most importantly the welcoming staff ! I would definitely stay there every time I visit Trabzon. Great Experinece !

When we first checked in, Mr. ILHAN from the reception desk made sure that we were 100% comfortable, especially when he surprised us with an upgrade to our room. We even have received a fruit platter on the spot. He made sure that we had the best time in Trabzon by explaining to us all the important things a tourist may ask. Breakfast was a surprise as well, where splendid variety of plates were displayed with superior food quality as well as service. The location of the hotel is perfect. Room had all the things that made our stay comfortable. Superior Shower and amenities. All in all, it is a must return hotel for sure.
