Rooms were exceptional - large room, comfy bed, good quality shower, nice little sitting area out front. Dinner was the best we have had for half board. Nice main and a cute spread of soup, meze and a desert. Properly itself was beautiful - nice views towards butterfly valley, lots of shade from the lovely fruit trees (plenty of apricots to pick) and plenty of quiet sitting areas around the property, nice deck for food and drinks, and a quiet pool. Staff were lovely and friendly - they did our washing for us!

I booked the Boutique Suit with the jacuzzi for a couple of nights and let the team know this was part of our honeymoon. When I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible ‘tree-house’ vibe from first impression at reception. They took us to our room in a cart and I was shocked! They had upgraded us to one of the private villas with our own pool. It was raining the day we checked in but it really didn’t matter, everything was still so enjoyable. The room itself was open-planned with a double walk in shower, separate jacuzzi bath, 4 poster bed which was very comfortable (and had a duvet which a lot of Turkish hotels don’t), and even had a pole in the middle of the room haha! The front of the room was furnished with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the sea, breath taking. I could go on but I would be here for a while… the most incredible room. It was very quiet around, everywhere was clean, dinner at the main restaurant was lovely and overlooked the sea.

From the moment we arrived at Ùtopya we knew we were in good hands. Firstly our communication with the owners ahead of the stay was perfect, they let us do a late check in (which ended up being very late with no complaints), we were happily greeted on arrival and taken to our cabin. Breakfast was excellent, served every morning with something a little different, the staff and chef were very friendly and there was always a cat or 2 to keep us entertained. Every day we were given different local advise to make the trip even more memorable. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking, nothing like anything we had seen before. The cabin was very clean, well kept and comfortable with a fridge for beers wine and cheese, what more could you need :) We also joined for dinner one night which was authentic and delicious, remember to bring cash for this part though as we ended up in a bit of a pickle there (again the owner very kindly had to help us out). They also have a very generous check out time of 2PM and we were allowed to leave our luggage there after this to enjoy the beach before we caught our flight. They even let us have a quick shower before we left which was very kind. The cabins are surrounded by other campsites with bars and food where everyone is very welcoming. You can even get a midnight margarita in some places if you look hard enough :). All the sites and hotels are very well connected and you can easily find a new place to visit every night. Kabak beach is a stones throw away with a beach taxi and kayaks to paddle around the hidden beaches and caves with natural pools. The beach is also connected to the Lycian way where you can hike the entire coastline or up the mountain to hidden waterfalls with natural pools. All round we couldn’t recommend this place and location enough. We are always looking for hidden gems right off the beaten track and this really is it 🧚🏼‍♀️

Best hotel in turkey! I came here alone,after got off the nearest bus station,just walking for 17mins,not that far. if you can drive,much better. It does have really nice ocean views from villa,all of staffs are super nice,food is tasty and has nice price! I ordered two bottles of wine and 2 main course for dinner,manger even give me discount,one meal for free!! And there also have 3 cats,lovely! Hopefully I can be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lov Hotel and were absolutely impressed by its superb location. The surroundings were simply breathtaking, and the sea was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and we felt well taken care of at all times, especially thanks to Hamza for his support. The hotel’s restaurant pampered us with delicious food. We fell in love with the hotel and are already planning to come back soon. Many thanks for this unforgettable experience!

A most nice hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great view from the terrace. Very delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms, a clean pool. The area is quiet and peaceful. The boss upgraded our room free of charge because the internet was not working in the room we booked. The bar has lots to offer for a fair price. Feeling like at home :)

Super grateful we chose this place - Very quiet, stunning views, private sea area, amazing service and breakfast / food. All the people working at the hotel have been extremely kind and charming. Piñas Coladas are a must. :)
