Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great place for walking or in season skiing.
Great place for walking or in season skiing. Close enough to Istanbul to drive in and if you don't want to stay on Uludag where accommodation is quite expensive, Bursa is close by. You can drive up ( although not recommend in winter) or use the cable way( Teleferik). Plenty of ski lifts available on top.

beautiful scenery and well maintained & cleaned. Ski lifts were modern and well maintained ... the lift passes worked easily. ski slopes well groomed and varied. We would look for a B&B or half board arrangement on our next visit to allow us to maximise our skiing experience, enjoy a more casual time & enjoy more diverse cuisine.

Great location during December/January. Very convenient for families. Rooms and open areas excellent. Only problem was the wi-fi. No wi-fi in rooms and very poor in open areas. For a hotel of such rating, they should seriously improve on the wi-fi.

The staff are all amazingly helpful and full board catering offered a variety of good food everyday to make sure we were well fed. The ski room facilities meant we could get all equipment from our hotel at a cheap price and ski straight away. The location is literally ski in ski out and everyone was super helpful with everything. The bar area is very agreeable for evenings with decent wifi and friendly bar staff. Car parking is easy outside the hotel and we hired a car from Istanbul airport to make the very pleasant journey up to Uludag in 4 hours.

The only thing that set us back was the lack of snow this year and thus not being able to enjoy our vacation doing as many activities as we probably could. The staff at the ski center within the resort did not speak any English, this was a challenge. Also they weren't very helpful with what to do around Uludag. Other than that everything was perfect.
