Mr Ali the manager was the highlight of our trip. Our flight got delayed which meant we were going to miss a dinner cruise we had booked on the same day. Mr Ali spoke to our taxi driver diverted him to the cruise and got our luggage delivered to the hotel. This meant we were able to get the cruise. Throughout our stay he continued to help us with arranging transport, making bookings for hammam and shows. Nothing was a problem for him. The hotel itself is small but very clean, bed and linens are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Most of the attractions are in walking distance. You save a lot of time money because of the location itself and then you have Mr Ali

This is the best hotel I have stayed in a long time. Very efficient staff, nice breakfast, always super clean and close to metro and tram as well as a few restaurant options. I was given a free upgrade, which was very nice. I highly recommend it.
