Location is perfect, 6 min to the beach. Close to the shopping center. Quiet, clean and well- organized facilities. All catlery and towels are available. Shuttle from the airport was organized. The staff is well kind and very helpful. Very convinient for families with kids and toddlers.

The great care of hotel staff and attention to details, large and comfortable room, great food, proximity to the park and the large shopping area with many terraces and restaurants, the personal assistants support and the daily option to go with a shuttle bus to the Rixos Premium having a private beach and many pools. I stayed at Ethnobelic Hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent — staff were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that were always fresh and well prepared . Overall, Ethnobelic Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rixos Park Belek. We wanted a vacation where we could relax and Rixos was perfect for that, this was our first all inclusive experience and it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were clean and modern, the food was high quality, both in the buffet (Turquoise) and a La carte. We had the pleasure of trying all of the a La carte restaurants during our stay which was a nice break from the buffet - our favourite was the Italian (you get 1 a La carte meal for 5 nights stay). The cocktails in the bar were high quality - they even made cocktails which were not on the menu (espresso martini, old fashioned). We enjoyed the patisserie for a tea and cake in the afternoons. We had a ‘club room’ in the orient area which was very tranquil and away from the main building, it was a 7 min walk to the main building or a 2 min shuttle ride. We liked to mix our time between the orient pools which were very quiet and peaceful, and the main pool which was a bit more lively (but still relaxing). Communication was great with guests relations via WhatsApp, they were very responsive and helpful (thank you Zineb Demirtas). The staff in general were great. I was apprehensive before our stay because I read some negative reviews a few days before our holiday, but we had a great stay and cannot fault anything.
