The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.

The room was very nice. Comfy bed, good breakfast, beautiful view on the lake, nice bathroom. Easy to park the car, good location 10 mins from the city center.

I stayed with my family. They are very meticulous about cleaning. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to many places and transportation is very easy. It is a very good hotel to choose when you come to Van.
