The place is lovely, but I have not actually seen any of the rooms as my reservation was canceled due to an overbooking issue. Regardless, the manager helped me with an apartment to stay the night, as there were no other places available in the city at the time. The other place was clean and organized. The outdoor environment was lovely.

The room was very nice. Comfy bed, good breakfast, beautiful view on the lake, nice bathroom. Easy to park the car, good location 10 mins from the city center.

I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. Nice big rooms, quiet at night. We found lots of restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Parking is easy, in a garage just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast.
