I had a wonderful one-week stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. I want to give special thanks to Fatma, the room maid, who was always cheerful and made sure my room was spotless every day, her attention to detail really made a difference. I also really appreciated the valet service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their professionalism made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
