The hotel is a good choice for those who don’t have luxury expectations. Rooms are modest/standard, but clean and comfortable. Food: You won’t go hungry — there’s a selection of vegetables and fruits, meat, desserts, and side dishes. Drinks: Instant coffee (variety available), carbonated drinks, juices, beer, and spirits. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the waiters — we were with kids, the little one is 2 years old and very active and careless. Almost every day she spilled her juice, and the waiters helped us every time we asked (I was going to rate it an 8, but I’m giving it a 9 just because of them).

Location reasonably quiet although a restaurant below. There is a huge street market every Tuesday but did not notice overnight setup. Pool is clean. Aircon works well and is needed as was hot on late Sept early Oct. Balcony north facing to mountains so comfortable to sit out there. Washing machine, fridge with small freezer, gas hob but no microwave. All in all above basic but good value and you can cook and wash clothes and keep drinks etc cold in fridge. Bed comfortable but for us a little on hard side.

I liked the view from the balcony. The staff was friendly. Mainly speeking russian, but a few people also speak english. In the hotel is spa center where is sauna and different kind of massages. Big recomendation to try massages.

I liked everything, starting from price to location, breakfast, rooms. The rooms are renovated and clean. Employees are the best!!! Guys and girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful. They recommended me places to go, were very attentive to the details and my needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! In my next visit to Alanya, I think of staying in this hotel again!

The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, they change it regularly, after 11 pm the music is turned off. The territory is not big, but clean and well-groomed. The pool is well-groomed. Fresh vegetables and fruits, fish dishes or chicken dishes every day. Super service at the hotel. Friendly, polite and attentive staff creates an atmosphere that many 5-star hotels do not have.

I felt really comfortable and had a wonderful time at sette serenity hotel. Especially the staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous! The cleaning persons, the guys at the reception, the girls who were responsible for breakfast etc… everyone was so friendly! :) Special thanks and greetings to jacub and his team at the pool bar. :) All of you guys did a great job! :) Other things I liked: - food and drinks were delicious and fresh - 2 minutes walk to the beach - the bed was comfortable - clean and cozy rooms - I had a stunning view from the balkony - good atmosphere - enough beach chairs at the pool
