All of us love this hotel. The staff are good. Mr Tamer very helpful. Once arrived we got welcome drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). The apartment for 5 person also clean and cheap. Heater also warm enough to warm the room. Near to Mt. Erciyes. Breakfast was simple but nice bread, potatoes, omelette were served and more the food more than enough for us. I recommend this place for everyone. Thank you Korkmaz Residence.

We stayed one night as a family,.grand parents , parent , young adults. We had nice and big bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the staff was kind and helpful. Everything was easy. We used the pool and spa after a long flight and we enjoyed the cafe/restaurant, it was filled with locale and food was good. Breakfast in the rooftop café was excellent. Thank you very much

It also has a lot of surviving Seljuk-Mongol buildings from the 13th and 14th century that are almost unique. It is often overlooked because Kappadokya is right next door, but it shouldn't be.

Kayseri is an excellent destination, offering a perfect balance between rich local tourism and the convenience of being nestled beneath the majestic Erciyes Ski Resort. It's an ideal base for daily ski sessions with family, complemented by the city's vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and warm hospitality.

I love Kayseri.

I love Kayseri. It is very unlike Istanbul because it is not hilly and its very easy to get around on foot, by bus, the tram or by taxi. My youngest daughter is studying there, and I like to visit and spend quality time bonding with her over several cups of Turkish Cay/Tea and scrumptious Doners. I usually only visit to relax and unwind so I dont trot all over the city. My best activity in Kayseri is strolling to the castles and city center with my daughter and savouring the beautiful courtyard feel of the area all around the castles. We like to hop from one shop to the next and snake thru the old bazaar there. The hustle and bustle of that old bazaar is very enthralling. You will find the most exotic spices and sausages there. When we need to do something different, we visit the malls for some shopping and fast food. There is a designer shoe and bag outlet shop called FLO in one of the malls called FORUM where there is always a Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) deal going on. Its a must visit! My daughter swears by the very large zoo but I am yet to visit it. There is a very large city park which my daughter likes to visit with her friends. too. The snow mountain, Erciyes, is a big crowd puller in the winter but I am not a snow person so ...I pass! The hotel of choice for me is Korgmaz Residanz for its simplicity, awesome customer care, good proximity to the city center and the fact that its surrounded by high quality, affordable hospitals (for those who want the service of big European city without the back breaking corresponding budget). The hotel is literally a 30 seconds walk into at least one of the hospitals In all, I will heartily recommend Kayseri

There are so many beautiful places to see within a 45-minute drive in every direction, including historical, senary, nature, etc. The traditional food is really original and great. There is always something you can do in all seasons all year round.

If you're coming to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying...

If you're coming to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying in Kayseri for a night, or perhaps two. Firstly, the food in this city is so cheap! We got excellent meals at restaurants for less than $5 each, and we bought lots of cheap souvenirs too. It's also a great place for cheap clothes shopping too.

Most tourist didn't know that Cappadocia and Gerome is at Kayseri. I already promote to my friends to come and visit Kayseri city centre. There is a lot of interesting places to visit and delicious Turkish Food like pashtirma and manti. In Kayseri also, got village that under UNESCO. If you want to play skii or snowboarding, it much cheaper to play at Mount Erciyes. We really enjoy it.

Nice stay at a convenienct location not far from the airport, easy check-in process, helpful staff and a decent restaurant downstairs. Luckily we got the room facing the residential area. The room was spacious with a bright and clean bathroom with a shower corner, super water pressure and toiletries provided. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but comfy enough. There is ample parking space too.

The hotel was on 10 min by taxi from the airport and on walking distance from the train station. It is perfect location for one night to take the plane or train. It is noisy because of the big boulevard and the trains. We had a family room. It was new and clean.
