tastefully done cosy room though a bit tiny (mine was a single one) ; Very clean and neat; staff was very courteous and helpful. Since I had checked in very late at night they gave me a lovely breakfast even though the time was up. I was even allowed a late check out since my flight was in the night.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The sea view is genuinely stunning, and waking up to the sound of the waves creates a calm start to the day. The overall scenery is beautiful, and watching the sunset from the property is a real highlight. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and surprisingly good. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to unwind, and everything is kept very clean. Being so close to the airport is a big plus, especially for early flights. I would definitely stay here again

Treekos Boutique Hotel has a beautiful garden with a pool and fruit trees, and the rooms are spacious with a lovely sea view. From the moment we arrived, the sweet receptionist helped us with our luggage and was always attentive throughout our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and very helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good for a boutique hotel especially the lamb chops, which were excellent. Breakfast was generous and very satisfying. Another big plus is that the hotel is only 15–20 minutes from the airport, and they even arranged a private VIP transfer for almost the same price as a taxi. Overall, it was a warm and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was lovely and very homely. The view from my bedroom window was amazing. The bedroom itself was bright and spacious. Such a quiet and relaxing place. -Spacious room with modern decor, blackout curtains to keep the outside light out -Beautiful bathroom -Great breakfast - considering how ridiculously expensive the food is at the Istanbul airport, it was nice to have a breakfast that can keep you full for the whole day -Friendly and proactive stuff. One person noticed me looking at the Turkish delight treats and offered a full plate of samples. Those treats are amazing, btw!

The hotel is located just 20 minutes away from the airport of Istanbul. The room was very big and well equipped. The bathroom is new and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They organized a shuttle service for me with private van from the airport to the hotel and back. I will definitely stay again!

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay...

The hotel was perfect for our needs - an overnight stay close to Istanbul airport but away from the traffic chaos and bustle of a big international airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-appointed with great water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive. The traditional Turkish breakfast was great, with perfectly cooked eggs. The transfer from the airport was, however, a disaster. There was no indication which of the men at the rendezvous point was meeting us and after we eventually found our greeter, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the driver. The hotel staff were apologetic and made sure our transfer the next day was on time.

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach...

This is a newly built seaside location, with nice beach front walks and up and coming businesses. Unfortunately, of the 3 days we were there, swimming was prohibited for 2, with police and lifeguards chasing people out of the water. Luckily, on day 3 - even though the waves were the same - we were allowed to go in. The place is popular with locals, on weekend the beach was full of families all day, and full of people with picnics in the evening.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea.

Karaburun is a nice small town on the Black Sea. If you can see the difference between the Black Sea and Marmara, or the Mediterranean, it is a place for you. It is a place for reflection and relaxation. If you are an aviation fan as I am Karaburun is in proximity of Istanbul airport. And you can see those gorgeous airplanes taking off and landing.

Town needs more investment.

Town needs more investment. Beachfront seems to be in good shape. We were only on the beach briefly and it was dark, but it seemed like there was a lot of trash. Could be quite lovely with not much effort.

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to...

Very nice small village with view of the sea and access to the beach, and to a very nice seafood restaurant. I highly recommend going to that restaurant called: Karaburun Hanimeli Balik Restaurant. Be ware of street dogs, few were aggressive and tried to attack me. Ideally speaking, either walk to Hanimeli Balik restaurant accompanied by a local, or take a taxi. Not a good idea to walk the streets with children.

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid...

It was very quiet in Karaburun the night I was there in mid January. A cold front was coming through and the wind was howling at 80km/hr and the rain was horizontal. The hotel was cozy with a wood stove in the restaurant/bar. There wasn't a soul in sight outside, and with good reason :-)
