The location is great, not far from the shopping center, right at the exit there are different cafes, Migros, a pharmacy. The hotel itself is big and new. We arrived before check-in time, and at first we were asked to wait, but then Mr. Hamza called us, and since we were with a child, he gave us a room with two bedrooms to check us in early, for which we thank him very much, it was very useful, considering our early flight, thanks to Radisson for such employees! The room itself is huge, clean with comfortable beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. The hotel employee brought us fruit.

My parents stayed at the hotel for a week and had no complaint at all. Even when the hotel was booked, the manager Mr. Mehmet Caner found us a solution so that the parents won't need to move. It's the second stay this year at The Nirvanas, and just like the first time we can only recommend it.

Almost everything there is excellent-the property, the staff, and especially the Guest Relations Assistant Manager, Vesile Kaya. She is very welcoming and presents a great image of the hotel. The food is delicious with a good variety, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is always top-notch.
