The property was absolutely amazing, very nice and clean the staff were amazing looked after all our needs. Had all the facilities in the apartment. Close to the shopping mall, food Street, taxis were accessible right outside the apartment. I normally look for bad points of where I stay unfortunately I had nothing bad to point out about this hotel. Definitely will be visiting and staying here again. my two-year-old toddler absolutely loved the spacious apartment.

Our stay was very cozy and comfortable. Host was very kind, helps with overnight arrival and was very helpful while we were staying at the apartments. It was very comfy and pleasure accomodation for us. Totally worth it. special thanks to Abderrahmane and the Turkish sister who welcomed us on April 18/2023.

We love the fact that the staff was soooo hospitable the minute we stepped out of our cab. Since it was our first stay in Istanbul they even offered a lovely free upgrade! The spa bath was huge and so comfortable. Surely one of the best in Istanbul!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants, shops and bus. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and the service was top-notch. Lastly, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location!

Everything! The spacious 3 bedroom apartament, the 2 terraces it had, the pool, the fact that we always had parking and the staff was great! The Receptionist answered my qestions in a matter of minutes, they made every request i had happen, they even let me charge my car in the parking lot! The security guard can be annoying since he doesnt speak english and doesnt seem to want to understand even when you use google translate to speak to him in turkish. But tell the front desk and they'll make him understand any request or problem you have. Its clean, easy to find in a beautiful location( not far from the AquaFlorya mall) and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend and we will be returning!💓
